3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Includes basic risk assessment with limited features.

Professional Plans

• Risk Assessment: €299 per assessment
• Maturity Evaluation: €499 per assessment
• Combined Package: €699 per assessment

5. Payment Terms

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• All prices include applicable VAT where required
• Enterprise customers can request invoicing with NET 30 terms
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all Professional assessments. Enterprise refunds are handled case-by-case per signed agreements.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality are owned by Regulatory AI and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Data and Confidentiality

We treat all customer data as confidential. Assessment results and organizational data are never shared without explicit consent, except as required by law.

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our assessments provide guidance based on current regulations and best practices. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate these terms at any time. Upon termination, your access will cease, but data retention follows our Privacy Policy.
